Global Cafe aims to source the freshest produce – meats and fruits daily – from reputable, certified suppliers. With the goal of bringing the highest quality ingredients to the ISHCMC community.

  • Our main and #1 Supplier of fresh produce, meats and dry goods (e.g. vegetables, beef, chicken, pork, eggs, sauces and spices etc).
  • Safe Food Chain and VietGAP Certified (only in Vietnamese).
2. “Dai Tan Viet“
  • Source of all imported dairy and some dry good items (e.g. cheese, milk, butter, cream and Heinz products).
  • Leading Supplier of imported dairy products in Vietnam.
3. “ITAL Trade“
  • Source of all imported Italian Dry & Canned goods as well as olive oils (e.g. dried pasta, peeled tomatoes, cheeses and olive oil).
  • All items certified as originating from Italy.
4. “Kim Sang“: Supplier of Global Cafe rice goods.
5. “Nguyen Ha Foods“: Imported Meats & Cheeses (e.g. Imported Australian beef and cheddar cheese).
6. “Dutch Lady“: Supplier of milk and yoghurt.
7. “Ceres Juice“: Supplier of imported juices.
