Introducing MyCampusCard: Enhancing Your School Canteen Experience at ISHCMC

Dear Parents,

We are excited to introduce you to MyCampusCard, a software system designed to enhance your child’s school canteen experience at ISHCMC. Please find more information below and further details about ID Cards for new families and Grade 6 returning families.

What is MyCampusCard?

MyCampusCard is a user-friendly system that enhances the school canteen experience at ISHCMC for both primary and secondary students. Students and Parents will now be able to use their existing ID cards to place orders, while additionally at Primary, parents will be able to conveniently pre-order and manage their child’s menu in advance.
Parents can also set custom limits on specific food items through the seamless integration with their own ID cards, which are linked to their family account, ensuring a personalized and hassle-free experience.
Please note that, even without the physical card, the system can function seamlessly for students and parents who are registered on the school’s database, ensuring a user-friendly and personalized experience for all but we highly recommend using your card for all purchases.
Please find an overview of the service below:

Primary Campus Usage

• For Grades EE-KG: Convenient Pre-Ordering: MyCampusCard allows you to log in to the system and pre-order your child’s menu in advance. You can decide which day your child will have each meal and even set limits on certain foods to accommodate allergies or dietary preferences.
  
• Got Grades 1-5:  ID cards can now be used to allow for easy ordering at the canteen, and parents receive notifications when their child places an order.
• Menu Viewing: You can view the menu available for the week in advance, helping you plan your child’s meals more effectively.
• Ordering History: Parents can track their child’s food ordering history, ensuring transparency, control over their dietary choices, and implement spending limits.

Secondary Campus Usage: 

• For secondary students: ID cards can now be used to allow for easy ordering at the canteen, and parents will receive notifications when their child places an order.

• New parents: Please note all school system logins will be sent to parents’ emails by the end of the day of August 3rd.

Important Note: Make sure your child’s ID card is activated and topped up to enjoy all the benefits of MyCampusCard.

How to Top-up/Recharge my account:

Top-up / Recharge – Topping up your card can be done in person at Global Cafe’s main counters using Cash, Credit Cards or Bank Transfers (Please remember to include your full name and class code in the bank transfer reference) or through our online payment portal which will allow you to easily top up / recharge your MyCampusCard account by using credit cards, local ATM cards, or popular online wallets such as Momo. 

ID Cards for Grade 6 Families and New Families:

• All families will be provided with system information/accounts from Aug 2 through emails and can collect parent cards on Aug 6 ( if they have already submitted their pictures).
• They can use the cards right away at the canteen on Aug 6.

To do so, please visit our IT Helpdesk on August 4th and August 7th. The IT Helpdesk, located in room 226, will pass you your child’s new ID card. This will grant you and your child access to the secondary campus and allow you to register for our MyCampusCard service.

If families cannot come before August 6th, the student will sign-in using our guest book on the first day of school and are expected to find time to visit the IT office in room 226 to pick up their cards.
Returning Grade 6 Parents should have their cards already from last year. If not, please talk to our IT team in room 226 or write an email at helpdesk at helpdesk@ishcmc.edu.vn. 

(For returning Grade 6 parents, please also note that laptops will be delivered to students after they have started for training purposes.)
